        We had problems with our internet connection, so Mike came to investigate the issue, where he found some wiring faults.The router would not connect to the exchange, so he stayed and even talked to my provider until he could be sure nothing more could be done. We then had him come back to re wire into my office, which completely solved our issues. Absolutely fantastic customer service and I have no hesitation recommending Mike.
