        I had been using this taxi company for a while when I was unexpectedly hit with a sudden change when the pick up and destination was exactly the same . A journey of 20 miles now 58 instead of 45 and a 25 mile journey costing 85 !!! With an extremely rude and argumentative telephonist telling me * you know what, go somewhere else * the drivers themselves are all great guys but unfortunately let down my telephonist ! The company also has a sister company 24/7 and airport taxes and also ECL taxis that all swap and change there prices! I will be reporting this to Chelmsford city council and Hackney carriages as none of these quotes are based on meter readings but sprung up from nowhere .
