I would love to be able to recommend a local tailor such as Tailored Image UK Ltd, however based on the experience my fiancee has just had on the phone with whomever answered, its safe to say we can't and won't. We simply phoned to see if they would be able to help with some alterations to the suit that I was planning on wearing for our wedding. My fiancee was welcomed with a shirty "Hello" (excuse the pun). After simply checking it it was indeed Tailored Image UK Ltd (as they failed to advise when answering the phone), another shirty one word 'Yes' was given. She explained why she was calling and got yet another shirty response of 'No, I am far too busy with my own stuff to be altering someone else's'. It takes as much energy to be polite and decline the business due to own volumes. They could have even suggested when they might have some time. Who knows how much future business could have been brought to their door? For a brand based on image, they have a lot of work to be done protecting their own image. Will avoid at all costs and will be sharing this experience with anyone local also.
