Tesco Express

Waiting outside at way past the advertised opening times. 3 other customers tried the door too. No explanation offered. People get up early to get various items and expect the services to be there. Yet the staff in this store seem unable to get themselves out of bed and do the job they are paid to do. Second time this has happened here to me alone. And with it being the only local shop in the area its very disappointing.

This store is a joke . New staff are rude, no customer service skills, leave you waiting at empty till whisky stacking shelves for ages, self service never working, no communication, completely silent.. Absolute jokers

Always waiting to be served along with usually 6 other people . Yet the person in tesco uniform seeing the Q just walks past . And well over priced. To expensive . Go to CO OP cheaper and quicker.

Update 5 months later : Walked in at 17.30pm, as was in the area as needed a tesco meal deal or some snack for my child and myself. I was in shock. Empty shelves everywhere. No fruit. No veg. No sandwiches at all. No pasta at all. 2 boxes of sushi. No milk. No eggs. No bread. Is this store closing or what is happening? 3 members of staff present - all don't seem to see a problem here. I had enough. Never coming back. ------------------------------------------- Never open on time. When they used to open at 6am, I'd come and wait until 6.20am and still they were closed. Now they seem to have changed opening hours to 7am, and this morning I came at 7.15am to buy milk, and the shutters were still down and shop closed! On so many occasions!!!! Staff need to be reported to head office.
