She was fantastic, knew what she was doing and advised me on how I can help myself afterwards. I carried on seeing jenna for a sport related injury, again such great results. I continue to have regular monthly sessions to keep myself looked after, totally recommended for the physical and mental wellbeing results. 100% life changer.

        Was recommend Jenna by a friend and was not disappointed was really suffering with sore shoulders from working on computer all day and some lower back pain as soon as I came out I felt better like literally a weight had been lifted from my shoulders and felt able to move more freely can't wait to go back!
