        my daughters ankle was treated , sonia was very clear and explained everything to my daughter , the massage treatment helped ease her discomfort and the exercises and suggestions have had a great effect thank you

        Sonia is an excellent therapist, she's friendly, warm and gives a great massage. I see her for sports/deep tissue massages quite regularly and she really gets the knots out and my muscles to a more relaxed state. I'd definitely recommend Sonia for a visit!

        Thank goodness the covid restrictions were lifted. I couldn't wait to get back and see Sonia. She always greets you with the biggest smile and her professionalism is second to none. I always feel a warmth and happiness after I've been to see her.

        Sonia has been amazing. Friendly and professional. I broke my ankle in February and she has improved the swelling and appearance of my leg enormously. She has given me some great advice on helping my recovery. Highly recommend
