        Been with MEMSEC for nearly 9 years and started off with 2 tills now have around 9 !! and Kitchen Screens that are live. Support is really good and you get a human always 24 hrs a day and they are very patient with my staff ... They are willing to help or find a solution always as any epos system is complicated due to the nature of hospitality . But they upgrade and innovate all the time and rather than competitors that "its our way or the Highway" the system can be as simple or as complicated as you need it to be .. Visually it looks good and many personalisation's can be done.. If it works for a tourist venue, Wedding, Restaurant and Accommodation I have 100% confidence in the company for any level of business. Instillation is a breeze with a human on-site .. We are pleased to be working with the company

        Been using Memsec Epos for nearly two years now and its by far the best decision I made for the business! Weve been able to operate far more efficiently and professionally and it has made my job as the owner so much easier! Little things like the staff rotas being emailed directly to staff, the clock in and out system for doing the wages etc, all very good! The customer service is also amazing, the staff sort any problems almost straight away and you arent just a number, you get that better care with family run businesses! My only regret is I didnt start using it sooner! Memsec is definitely the way forward! An investment and money very well spent! Lyndsey (Owner)
