        Ordered labeda signature wheels on 2/5/22 Received confirmation email about order and that was it. 8 days later no wheels no communication nothing. I called them nobody pick up phone. Sent them email same story no answer at all. Very disrespectful indeed. Wouldnt recommend this shop. Didnt work well in my case.

        Ordered a pair of skates on sale via website, skates never arrived and store couldn't provide reason why. Customer service very poor, constantly chasing for updates. Manager unable to offer alternatives, only a refund. Purchased skates from a more professional and reliable store.
