Queenies Coffee Shop

Was my first visit too Queenies and was highly recommended by others, but unfortunately when I arrived the service was rather slow, there were only 2 customers before us and they got there food promptly. We then ordered shortly after and having waited half an hour for a breakfast, it was freezing cold. Was disappointing that even left the kitchen, the beans had gotten so cold they began to get a layer on top where it had been sat out. Very disappointing first experience

Amazing. Anthony dealt with me, a middle aged lunatic lady, who happened in for a coffee this morning prior to a job interview I was attending. Went to pay and realised in my rush, I had left my purse, as I thought, at home (turned out it had fallen into footwell in car). Anyway, Anthony was marvellous. Settled me, let me have a gratis coffee (that I will come back and pay for!). Calmed me down, talked me through how I was going to get out of the neighbouring car park, wished me luck for my interview and was just, thoroughly NICE. Customer Service 11/10. Whoever employs him, you are fortunate indeed. Thank you!!! Karen.
