Wonderful consultant, Alan Warlow, terrible accounts department. Very abrupt, not responsive and incompetent. An equally shambolic payroll department TashiPayroll

Ongoing issues with payment/payslips. No reply from accounts. Ever. George my consultant is great, very proactive. But he's let down by the other departments.

This is one of the worst agencies I have had the pleasure to work for. No help with revalidation given, unless you pay for this externally. Poor fellow Nurse recruitment fees, Poor at submitting wages in to bank account, Regularly had to call to see if I had had been paid in to my account, Due to their incompetence my financial situation became precarious, and altered my financial credit rating score to the negative for two years, although regularly submitting time sheets. They withheld my last paycheck with no documentation produced to support an over payment from a period of poor service in their pay department and to this date have still not supplied any documentation for an illegal with holding of payment for work undertaken. Will contact HMCR to investigate this irregularity along with tax and contributions that the agency may have deducted but not paid to HMRC, I suggest everyone connected with this agency do the same. I do not recommend joining this poor agency that is only self-serving in its fee of payment to them, not the Nurses who work to earn their salaries or promote the agency by role model in the work force, or encourage others to join the agency. Should any others have experienced a poor working relationship with this agency please submit over social media your concerns to inform fellow nurses of this shoddy agency.
