Colux Recruitment

I started my recruitment journey with Colux around a year ago and it has only been uphill since. I have always been supported by everyone in the company and they have always been there to help whenever I've needed it. With no experience in recruitment, both Rhys and Tom taught me everything I needed to know from scratch, from 1-1 sessions to weekly team lessons. Although I decided to have a career change, I simply cannot recommend Colux enough. They are an amazing place to work at with incentives like trips to different countries and team dinners out with a more family- like environment. If you are looking to get more into recruitment, Colux is definitly the place to go!

As others mentioned - they call people up on their private numbers (which I do not share anywhere publicly) and pretend that you have already spoken with them.. After saying that I would prefer not to be called anymore they just keep calling multiple times a week. Really shady way of trying to recruit people - not trustworthy at all

Fantastic place to work!! I worked at Colux for 2 years before having a career change. The company is fantastic and the owner prioritises his staff development, not only professional but also personal. - Colux offers weekly training sessions, seminars, weekly catch-ups, and strategic plans to ensure the whole team is performing and making coms!! - The incentives are the best I've seen, from trips to Greece to New York to watch Anthony Joshua's championship fight(To name a few) if you perform I can ensure Colux will deliver. If one is looking to start a career in recruitment, Colux is the place to go.

they call people on their private number and pretend that they already were in contact . I understand that recuritment is a tough business, but that is not an excuse for lying and privacy violation!

Amazing place to work! Everyone is very welcoming and the guys on the team are super friendly! I came in with no recruitment experience and was trained up by experts allowing me to do a deal within my first month!
