Excellent service communication wise, any calls and emails answered promptly. Our insurance work took nearly 7 months from start to finish, and our alternative accommodation was needed for the last 3 months and organised by AAA. We had to move to three separate properties over that time. Peter and his team were very helpful, including check ins to check progress on our building work and overseeing where we would move to next, ensuring that there was a day's overlap to allow us the time to move. Excellent and efficient customer service (that I hope never to need again ).

Peter Broad is a consummate professional with extensive experience. He has managed securing my accommodation and getting me settled with skill and patience, especially when unexpected snags appeared along the way. His communication is clear and sufficiently detailed to ensure the client is kept fully up to date with the process. You quickly get a sense that he has listened to and understood your requirements and concerns. So you dont feel its just a box-ticking exercise or numbers game with them. If not already done, A3 would do well to include his approach in guiding/training others/new recruits to their firm.

After a fire at our home, we were having difficulty finding temporary accommodation. I can highly recommend Alternative Accommodation Agency, who were experienced, efficient and empathetic in helping us secure something suitable. Natalie Shaw was particularly kind and helpful, going above and beyond in her efforts to help us. She made a difficult process go more smoothly, and was always so cheery and positive as well. Me and my Partner suffered a house fire, however luckily we where in the conforting hands of Natalie Shaw, every conversation we have had with her we knew & felt she cared for us, always a happy and positive attitude. She was very helpful going out of her way to make sure we are all set which brought a smile to our faces everytime. If you know Natalie is on the case you know your going to be in safe hands.
