The most expensive room and worst quality room (0 sound insulation), costumer service, experience I ever had. The letting agency equivalent of a used car salesman. I feel sorry for the person that was duped into getting the room I was given after I left.

I rent a room at perry Hill which I have now been there three years ,i have the balcony room which is very spacious ..the house itself is very quiet and most days you could hear a pin drop.. Perry hill is only a 10 minute walk to town a 15 minute walk to the train station and 5 minute walk to work .. At the top of the hill is a bus stop which takes you into town ,bus station and train station .. Just behind the house is a nature reserve which leads you to a retail park so if your a burger or coffe lover then mcdonalds and costa are just on your doorstep. If you just fancy a stroll along the river then that also takes you into town or if you fancy further afield then you could take your camera and carry onto chelmer village for a boat ride or if you an early bird then catch the mist on the river or just take a stroll in the evening sun under the viaduct,or you could just kick back on the balcony and listen to man on his piano which is fantastic .. Help is always at hand if you need it as the ideal location team are amazing ,there's also a cleaner on hand every week who does a great job too ...

I have been with Ideal Location for over 2 years, when I came to Chelmsford I used Ideal location and I wouldn't turn back not for a single second. The houses are in good condition and so are the bedrooms/ on suites as well. I have an on suite, it's lovely got enough space and a lovely bathroom. Whenever I have an issue or something goes wrong, the landlord reply's back very fast and getting the problem dealt with straight away. I would highly HIGHLY recommend Ideal Location, amazing prices. Amazing house and the bedrooms are well decorated as well. I wouldn't think twice on using ideal location, I'd go back again with them. They are worth it all.
