        I had the best living experience in the house. Gwenda and Nick were so pleasent and helpful at all times. Gratefull for all the friendly people I met and lived with, the house felt more like a home. would recommend for anybody

        I had a pleasant renting experience with Gwenda and Nick. They were excellent and professional; very easy to communicate with and they were always helpful and quick to respond to any issues. The house is in a peaceful but convenient location. The house and rooms are highly secured, very well kept and well equipped has everything you would need. Overall, a very comfortable place to live.

        Excellent landlords, any problems were dealt with efficiently. The house is in great condition with respectable amenities, and for everything that you get it is very good value. Should I be in the market, I'd definitely rent again.

        It was a pleasure to rent from Gwenda and Nick. They are fantastic landlords who are kind, reliable and friendly. The house feels more like a home. It was great to live with other friendly people who all get on so well too and are always happy to welcome in new tenants. The house is also in a great, peaceful location, but conveniently within walking distance of the city centre. I would definitely recommend renting a room at no. 42.
