        As dodgy as dodgy can get. If this company comes up under a property you are looking into, immediately move on. Looks like they should not be operating and almost left me homeless due to lies. Genuinely the worst experience I've had in this kind of business.

        I purchased a house from Hawksley Pearce and Duncan was very helpful, although the sale of our house was slow, Duncan was a pleasure to work with, very patient and communicative and helped us to push through, by contacting several times, the other estate agency and our solicitor to speed up our process. The experience was very smooth and pleasant, I highly recommend Hawkley Pearce.
