We had Andy quote for driveway & back garden works. He was professional, punctual and helpful. In the end we didn't go through with the work following a change in circumstance. Andy refunded our deposit without question. A very honorable, trustworthy company!

This company extended my neighbours patio. They sited their machine behind my car which was properly parked outside my house. They then used their machine without giving me any warning and covered my car with cement dust and splatters of concrete. When I spoke to them they told me they would clean my car before leaving. In fact, they just sprayed some water from a hose onto the back window. As we were expecting rain and the concrete dust would have set on my car, a neighbour kindly spent an hour cleaning the car. In spite of his efforts there is still a fine layer of dust on the roof and windscreen. This company clearly doesnt care about damage to property. I have taken numerous photos that show the state of my car. Mr Harragan came round personally the next morning to investigate my complaint . I showed him the photos. He explained they had intended to wash my car the next day and apologised for the fact that nobody had told me this before they left on the Friday evening. Clearly I had had no reason to think they would return at a weekend. He was genuinely concerned and acknowledged their lack of communication. He then arranged for a company to come and wash my car so the matter is now at an end.
