        I engaged with Maintenance Hive for an EPC that had lapsed. It was due to be carried out during the COVID-19 lockdown period and by the time i remembered to get a new one, the EPC was out of date and I was technically, in some potential hot water with the regulator. Tony went to great lengths to document the issues and bad timing I had, plus a vulnerable tenant not allowing access and smoothed it all over. I cannot thank Tony and his team enough. Really great firm and service

        Lee & Tony are brilliant! I had the best service ever. I had a boiler breakdown on my rental property. Tony arranged to send Lee, the engineer on the same day. Lee was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kept me informed throughout the process, shared photos & videos of the issue. He had to go a couple of times to fix different issues and he has been fantastic! All issues sorted now, thanks to Lee & Tony. Can recommend Maintenance Hive to my contacts without any hesitation. Thank you Lee & Tony - well done & keep up the great work!
