        Will definitely not use this post office ever again. I wanted to post by special which normally includes free envelope. I was told there were no free envelopes left and to get any one I wanted from the shelf. So I did, but then once packed and at the counter I was told to pay 39p, which nobody told me I would have to buy it. Then I was told if Im not happy I can go elsewhere. I know 39p is not a big deal, but the cost was pushed onto customer for their local mismanagement. What is more funny they were prepared to throw that pity envelope away , but not to accept the fact that it was down to them to sort out. I was told nothing is free in this world . What is more shocking , I found from my friend who lives locally , that they did this to her few times. Really bad customer service. Avoid if you can!
