        Guy in here thinks he knows the lot about returning Amazon parcels. He doesn't, and he has arranged for a Royal Mail pick up of my item FROM MY HOME, despite being told I have no printer. "Just cancel it," he says, except that there is no cancel option I can see. I am now wasting my time sorting this out, and you would think taking the item TO A POST OFFICE would've been sufficient.
