        Dreadful service must have the worst manager on this planet. Better signage for Foreign Exchange queue and friendly staff would improve matters. The only worst comparable service Ive ever experienced is the UK help desk for Google Nest Thermostats which is truly atrocious.

        I had the misfortune to witness the very poor attitude of employee "Denisse". An aged, white, blonde woman who's customer service did not only upset a lady who was kindly asking about a letter and kept her poise very settled through the whole tormenting experience but also made everyone else in the queue feel awfully uncomfortable as she kept being condescending, disrespectful and generally grotesque towards the customer. This kind of behaviour was and is completely unacceptable from any point of customer service let alone from someone representing a multinational as it is the Royal mail itself. Very disappointing and frustrating to witness.
