Highly recommended. Selected Ollie to do a back boiler service. Was easy to deal with, very helpful and seemed knowledgeable. During the service he spotted a fault which had the potential to be very dangerous. Got him to come back to rectify the issue and everything is working fine now. Another huge plus point is, he's not one of these engineers that gets back to you at the end of the day - very good at keeping in contact with the client, even throughout his working day. I contacted Oliver at 7am on a Saturday after moving into a new property with no heating, hot water or an operating gas supply. Oliver was able to check the existing system was safe and get us up and running in a couple of hours. I then had a quote for a replacement system which was installed quickly, professionally and smoothly. Oliver is a great at what he does and keeps you up to date at all times on what is happening. Good value for money and great quality of work. Oliver will now be my first port of call for all this kind of work.
