Your Company sent out 2 very nice gentleman, as I don't actually know their names,the discription is 1 was a very Slim man and the other said he is the Owners Son, they were very efficient and thorough with the un-blocking of the Drains on my Property. Freshmeadows launderette at 14 Clayponds Lane Brentford TW8 0BL. I am very happy with the Service that they provided,very friendly and Polite. I would like to say a big Thankyou to both of them.

I am not satisfied about the service that DrainFix Services Ltd delivered to me. The tradesman fixed the problem and he fixed the problem within a reasonable length of time. He was also friendly. But, after the tradesman fixed the problem, I needed to do a big and time-consuming clean-up that cost me a bit of money. And the tradesman is also costing me time and a bit of money because the tradesman did not, perhaps, have everything that he needed in order to fix the problem and, consequently, I gave him something in order for him to, perhaps, fix the problem. Finally, I was also told that someone would ring me prior to coming to my home, but no one rang me, which could have resulted in no one being at my home when the tradesman came to my home.

I had a blocked dirty drain leaking yukky things into the garden. They came round really quickly and sorted it, very nice staff and they cleaned up all the mess. Open and honest pricing too. Would thoroughly recommend, thank you DrainFix !
