Cannot fault these BRILLIANT photographers. One session with my friend when we bought her a 50s makeover photo shoot. I was so impressed we've just been back today to have a shoot with our 3 dogs...AMAZING!

Ellie was amazing; very professional, kind and welcoming. We were made to feel very comfortable and under no pressure. Ellie made sure she knew what ideas we were after and was wonderful at helping us and giving her professional opinion when asked - this made the process a lot easier and also gave the perfect outcome for us. Thank you for an enjoyable, memorable experience - we are very excited to collect our photos when they are ready!

Can not reccomend Hammonds enough! We bought a session as a birthday gift for my dad and he was a little nervous at first but when we got there the whole team made us all feel at ease! Ellie was fantastic she made sure we felt comfortbale the whole time and took all the picture combinations we asked for and more. There was no pressure to buy additional items at the end from Ellie and the team and no rush to look through them quickly either. They let us take our time and make our choices entirely free of any obligations. The after sales communications with keeping us up to date on when everything would be ready was absolutely amazing and the finished products are perfect. The whole experience from start to end has made a very important time in our family's life all the more special and captured so many memories which you just can not put a price on! Over the moon doesn't even come close! Thank you so much ladies!!

Think twice about using Hammonds Photo Studio!!! My wife and I had some maternity photos done and we paid over 700 for three photos. In the car on the way home we then decided to wait until after we had our little girl and have our baby photos done , so we called when they were next open to get a refund and book for a couple of months later for the baby shoot. We we told by Ellie and then later by Tara ( who runs the business) that they do not give out refunds. I explained to Tara that the are regarding the no deposis are refunded were pointed out that us on their T's & C's and even so anybody can get a refund, by law if they so wish to. I didn't want to go down the legal road for the refund and after a talk with Tara she offered told me that she would do anything to make sure that we went home 100% happy. She personally would go through the photos with us, add some extras and give us a good deal and delivery personally to our home (in Chelmsford). I accepted her offer and went back with our parents for the baby shoot. Had some lovely photos done. I called them up a few days before Christmas to see how they were getting on with the editing, the two prints and the album that we had ordered. I was told that Ellie had nine photos to finish of and that I could collect the prints and the images. I explained that Tara offered to delivery them only to be told that Tara was not going to be in and that Keeley (I think) was the only person driving and she lived in Southend and we were out of her way. I then called them four times on the 23rd and left messages. I had no reply, so I Whatsapped Tara and her reply was "sorry we have been very busy, we are no closed and open on the 28th , Happy Christmas. I was absolutely livid, I told her quite bluntly that she had dinner be nothing to help us, or kept her word to anything she said. Not only that, she had not even spoken to her staff to make them aware of the promises that she has made us. So if she was not able to carry out what she had promised, then someone else could, would and should deliver her promises. Tara told me that she only had a couple members of staff in and that she was the only one that was driving. That was a lie as Keeley had told me something different. "You don't know what kind of week I have had" Tara messaged. Frankly I don't care what kind of week you had. We had lots of Christmas photos done and now not going to see them until the 28th December at the earliest. DO NOT EVER PROMISE A CUSTOMER AND THEN NEVER DELIVER!!!!!!!!!!! An absolute disgrace, Tara then very quickly blocked me on WhatsApp, again not very professional. I collected the prints and the images on the 28th, after viewing them again was disappointed as the editing that we asked i.e edit the bit of dry skin in our baby's forehead and edit some loose hairs off of my wife's face. These were not done. We were not sent away 100% happy as promised after we spent over a thousand pound. We will never use or recommend Hammonds again. Think twice before you do!!!
