        I attended Little Waltham Surgery earlier today to see a Gp.He prescribed me 5 items.When I went to the in-house pharmacy to collect my prescription the lady who served me asked if I paid for my prescriptions .When I said yes she immediately suggested that I apply for a prepayment certificate which would be much more economical for me especially if I was to continue on regular treatment.She allowed me the time to apply and pay for my certificate there and then which meant I saved over 16 on todays charges. So thank you very much for taking the time to help me today - (I sorry I dont have the name of the lady) I could see how busy you all were in the pharmacy whilst I was there. Regards - Martina Callan

        This Pharmacy is so helpful. I have to pick up my Mum's prescription and it's always there with no delay when collecting. They are so much better than Boots ever were.
