The anxiety I feel when walking into the surgery is palpable. Springfield Pharmacy have left me in tears on many occasions; from the lack of cooperation or willingness to provide any kind of suitable help, to their general incompetence. I understand dealing with people day in, day out is difficult, but a little compassion (or any emotion that isn't general disgust) from them would go a long way.

Electronic prescriptions dont work. Its inconvenient and a detriment to patient care. Prescription is somewhere between the surgery and the pharmacy neither pick the phone up so after 10 hour wait still no prescription. What was wrong with a paper prescription?

All staff went above and beyond when I had an unexpected medical issue that needed assessing and advising quickly. The admin and female pharmacist were very kind and helpful. Complete opposite to how the previous reviewer has described his experience with Pharmacist. As Socrates said when asked about the people of Rome ' you will find the people are what you see them to be'. I'm certainly happy with my experience.
