Boots Pharmacy

Used to ok but has really changed. Often closed with shutters down when it should be open. Some of the staff have really bad attitudes and can be quite patronising, must say the dark headed veggie lady always very nice. The worse thing though is they buy cheap prescription drugs from India and change the brand without telling you. I was getting sudden severe headaches and sickness from my blood pressure meds, been on them a long time with NO issues, so whist trying to work out why I felt so bad I realised that it could be the new brand theyd given me so I looked it up. Although theyre the same active ingredients in the meds, its not the same fillers being used, obviously its very cheap and nasty low quality ones, which had in fact cause the side affects. They wont take them back, or the unopened ones either, they said they had an open bag policy which means if you open the bag outside the shop they refuse to take them back which is wrong because why would you have reason to check the bag to see if theyve slyly replaced your meds with cheap low quality ones from India?? Just did not want to know. Ive reported the issue to my gp who has a record or this. Very very greedy

Always use Boots at Sunrise, as the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly

This chemist has always been outstanding and still are, the staff couldn't be more helpful and always very polite. I've used this chemist for many years and would always highly recommend.

Shutters down, staff no where to be seen. Quite disappointing.

Gone 9 am and the shop is shut with shutters down and staff just parking up ... not very professional
