        I had my very first sports massage today with Jamie. I've had many massage before but not sports. I was a little apprehensive as I had been told it can be painful. Jamie put me fully at easy and explained everything he was doing and why throughout the treatment. I found him very knowledgeable and highly experienced. After the treatment, I felt immediate relief and already booked my next session. Thank you
