Ive been a customer at James Bryan for many years and highly recommend them. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. I have always been pleased with my glasses and prescription and reassured about my eye health following the thorough examination at appointments.

I have recently had an eye test and have purchased new glasses at James Bryan Opticians. Their service has been outstanding. Very thorough and professional. Paula was very helpful regarding choosing a new frame nothing was to much trouble, even following up a week later to see how I was getting on with the new glasses. I would thoroughly recomend this opticians for their guidance, help, and customer service.

I am not normally given to write testimonials but was so impressed I felt I had to share my experience. The premises are bright and welcoming, the staff were amazing, professional, caring, efficient and friendly. My wife had a pressure problem with her eye, although fully booked they made time to measure the pressure twice, then the optician used her lunch break to examine her and refer her to the local Emergency Eye clinic. A special mention for Paula and Deepa who were brilliant. A truly exceptional Opticians- five stars are not enough. It's nice to know there are still wonderful people out there

Just reached the stage for a cataract referral process explained to me by Zahir who along with the rest of the staff are very helpful a pleasant experience and eye test not rushed. Would recommend this opticians.
