Really impressed with the service I received at the specs factory. Jamie is knowledgeable and was able to have a almost new pair of glasses lenses changed. Which i had been told was impossible to do and just throw them away even though they had fitted too dark a lens to the glasses.He also managed to correct a pair of glasses in a few seconds which my previous opticians had been unable to do with 3 appointments. Will recommend to friends and family thank-you

I bought 2 pairs in October 2018, price was good. I owever today l had an eye test and was told my glasses were 1 diopter stronger than the prescription from the same time and could be responsible for a vision issue.

I would highly recommend purchasing your glasses from here, the member of staff goes the extra mile in ensuring you get the most for your money and the after care is second to none, nothing is too much trouble, and you can park free outside the shop

Excellent service, new reading glasses are lovely, and they put new lenses in my existing frames. Very happy, would definitely recommend.
