        My number 1 place to go to if I expect that there is anything wrong with my car. Staff always so friendly, thorough and get my car sorted out in no time at all *****

        Locking wheelnut not in the vehicle, pointed out that ATS chelmsford last garage to have the wheels off the vehicle and last in possession of said locking wheelnut. The centre manager then seemingly rolled out his standard set of implausible excuses and said they do not lose them (despite first trying the odd ones he had lying about to see if they fit). Had to purchase a new locking wheelnut from the main dealer at cost of 56. Customers be aware of their inability to take responsibility for issues with their service and managers willingness to misdirect in the process.

        Comfy waiting room, which is as well. Booked for 12:30 on a week day when I thought it would be quiet. Only needed two tyres. Took nearly 1 1/2 hours. The phone constantly rang with no one to answer. Seem to be short of staff.
