Ive been coming here since they opened back in ?2021 I think - it was great then but Ive really noticed a change in their quality, efficiency and service these last few months. My last 3 visits, Ive had acrylics done and havent been happy with the results. The pedicures havent been up to par either. They take off too much skin. My heels have only got harder with them. I once asked for acrylic extensions on my toe and they used the acrylic powder but didnt apply the extensions but still charged me as if they did. Their skills arent equal across all staff either which is frustrating because theres no consistency - your nails could look good this time but not so great the next time. Gel colours chipping after a couple of days etc. The quality has really gone down. I tried to give them the benefit but 3 times is a charm and enough for me to change.
