Me and a friend came here quite a while ago and it was my first ever having acrylic nails during the whole process the man that was doing my nails was very rough with my hands and nails, my nails came out looking misshapen and at an angle, after I had it done my nails were in a lot pain and I had to go to doctor to find out they had shaved most of nail off and was down the skin underneath, safe to say I wont be going back here again Services: Manicure, Acrylic nails

My first time doing acrylic and have hated it for the rest of my life.I went there for acrylic full set short and the nails looks horrible,I started bleeding from my curticles while this man doing my hand called (ding )never said sorry or even communicated .the nails look horrible I forced them to take them out last night because I cant go on my trip with this nails looking like a bought a pressed on nail from primark Again its not a place for colored people because their services are different from how they treat whites ..whole time I wasted an hour there nobody even asked to if I wanted anything yeah ?a white lady walked in seconds after sitting down to get started and they asked if she wanted Tea or coffeeI was shocked..if you value money in this economic crisis DONT GO TO THIS SALON ..wasted 70 for nothing Jesus .Im hurt Service: Acrylic nails

I visited this nail salon early February and had a terrible experience. I asked for SNS and was given Acrylic instead (I pointed out this at the time and was spoke over and they insisted continuing with Acrylic). A man (I didn't catch his name) did my nails and used his nails to scrape underneath mine to remove any excess residue which was painful and uncomfortable. Despite feeling visibly uncomfortable, he continued. I showed him an image of what I wanted but instead he filed my nails down at the side, so much so they were really sore and completely uneven across all nails. They were the worst set of nails I had been given, which a week later have all snagged. I have been getting my nails done regularly across the last 8 years and trialing a new place is a risk but I urge you to think twice before visiting here as the whole treatment left me quite upset. Looking at reviews, I can see this rough approach to customers is sadly pretty common! Service: Acrylic nails
