I got passed James Kernahans details after a very upsetting experience with another two mortgage advisors, where I got bad advice, and the communication was terrible, I felt like there was a real lack of passion to get my mortgage through, I got placed with a lender who would never have considered me, even though my credit wasn't bad, I was left devastated when I got declined. I was passed James's number at County Mortgage Services and within minutes into the very first conversation he was full of enthusiasm with a professional approach like no other. He came up with a plan, and got stuck in to my fresh application straight away, reassuring me along the way that he would do his very best to help. Fast forward a bit further along we have our mortgage offer and everything has gone to plan. Im forever grateful to James and his expert knowledge, we have been able to successfully remortgage, which is paying for our wedding this year. I will never ever go to another broker again, for as long as James is doing mortgages, he has my business. He clearly cares about his clients. Thank you James!
