Alex is a very experienced broker, and i believe first time buyers are definitely his calling. My partner and i had mountains of questions and Alex was always on hand to answer them, the home buying process is incredibly daunting and there was a time where we felt our case was put on the back burner, however as soon as i expressed this to Alex he reassured us and ensured communication was top priority.

Fantastic service from mortgage chain. Alex was our broker and went above and beyond. As first time buyers we didnt really have much knowledge on the steps to take, Alex explained everything thoroughly with great patience when we asked many questions. Even when the offer of mortgage was received mortgage chain carried on checking up, making sure we were happy with everything. Top service would highly recommend!

Alex has taken care of all things mortgage related and made our experience a lot less stressful. The accessible secure portal they use is so handy and made sharing documents a breeze. Alex gave me time to answer my 101 questions which as a first time buyer it really put me at easy to know he would be open and honest with us about our options.
