I had a terrible experience at a different dealership from Mercedes for a different manufacturer, as I was looking to test drive a vehicle for company car purposes. The particular salesman was not interested and was rude about that because it was a company car and he saw little financial reward in helping me out. Paul at Mercedes was the polar opposite. Happy to help. No pressure applied. More than willing to talk to me about everything. As it is, I have gone for a different manufacturer, but the experience would left me confident that if needed in future, that they would be more than capable and willing to assist if I decided to buy a Mercedes. Good experience throughout. One niggle: I bought second hand, unseen as asked for a full description before committing. This omitted a somewhat disappointing scratch. Otherwise the staff were very helpful.

From start to finish the costumer service i received from Sam Hickmott was fantastic. He made me feel comfortable and informed at every point. He went above and beyond. The experience of buying a pre used car was like buying a brand new one. I would also like to mention Oliver who took me through the handover and made sure I knew every control in the car. 10 out of 10
