        Brilliant gym and swimming pool. All facilities are always clean and staff are more than willing to help. Richard and Millies aqua classes are fantastic! Would highly recommend.

        I asked a worker 2 times excuse me twice and she ignored me both times and blanked out ignored me and she heard what I said because she looked at me than looked away and I find it disappointing and disrespectful all I wanted was some assistance to ask a simple question I find it horrible that someone would blank out do that to me.

        Great service, amazing staff, It's really great here. We went ice skating, swimming and am currently eating with my son in the restaurant, the value for money is really great for chelmsford, especially the home-made malteser cake, yum! It's all culminating in a really great day.

        Not enough parking and way too many people on the ice.... Just dangerous. Receptionist mostly rude everytime I come.... It's a shame there isn't a better idea rink nearby
