        Avoid at all cost! We had a straight forward querie regarding our Leasehold Apartment. We put 500 on Account and were given a Trainee Solicitor, Josh. We had to constantly chase for a response. The response when, we did get it, was 5 pages of waffle, which did not answer any of our questions and actually looked like he had Googled the answers. To make matters worse, the Associate Solicitor upheld this when we complained. He did not even want to clarify or discuss any of the points which did not make any sense. Very poor. We reported them to the Law Society
