        I met Shalaleh Barlow yesterday at Basildon magistrates court.I was accompanying a young man whos very belief in himself was faltering after being dealt with by otherprofessional services .Shalaleh was amazing .Her calm, no nonsense approach to an extremely emotional and complex situation was invaluable.A young man has a spring in his step again today and feels that he was truly heard for the first time.
