        *****AVOID FOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY PURCHASES ETC*** Would give 0 if there was an option.... Used them for a house purchase and the way it was handled was very very disappointing. Every small hurdle that cropped up was made painfully slow with no attempts to proactively solve. Ultimately adding to overall costs... One word ... Useless!!!!!!

        The solicitor that was working for the people we are buying off has got to be the slowest person on the planet ,14 months in buying a bit of land which has all be agreed ,he takes 6weeks to 4 months to reply to any messages from my solicitor and he doesnt return any calls or emails so try and avoid him or play it safe and avoid Ellisons
