I was a first time buyer, so obviously I was very nervous about the whole process, however I must say that Cunningtons went the extra mile to keep me calm and collected. Danielle and Lucy were fantastic and always happy to help! To anyone who is in the same situation as I was, trust the process, you are in good hands, I know these things can be nerve racking but Cunningtons know what they are doing, I cannot thank them enough, I highly recommend them!

I personally think I, could have got better services. They had my completion on the date I asked but through out my time with them, I was reluctant to ask questions as my solicitor would reply very definsively. Other girls I spoke to were lovely but my conveyancing solicitor did not appreciate talking on the phone so, I was restricted to emails.

Amazing solicitors! Had an extremely long chain and complicated house sale and purchase. Pat, Stephanie and Lynsey were attentive and kept me updated throughout I cannot thank you all enough!

I had too take legal documents to be copied too save them being delayed in the post. Although I arrived early full covid conditions were undertaken and I was dealt with promptly and was on my home before my actual appointment time. So great.
