WARNING These people are real thieves they rip me off they cancelled my insurance and charge me 603 for 7 days of insurance and delayed my refund after two months they told me that there is no refund I rang them 78 times regarding my refund every time they said we are working on it but they never did and told me Ill get 279 back which I didnt get. They are so unprofessional and rude Ill never ever recommend anyone to them,bunch of idiot and scammer working in this company.

READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!!! I have had a policy with motortrade plus. theyve asked for documents which I had sent over the documents. I had rang them to check if they had received which they said they had and is all good.. later that week on the 1st April 2019 they had cancelled my policy without me even knowing!! I had only known when I had checked online to see if I was insured. I then rang them to see what has happened I spoke to ( AJ AND A LADY NAMED ANNA) AJ and ANNA had told me the documents I had sent to the motortrade plus one of there workers had left the job and couldnt get hold of my files!! and was very rude on the phone!! They said they was going to call back but never did!! ANNA was very rude on the phone she replied to me when I asked about my insurance ( dont keep fuc*ing calling we dont care about your insurance weve cancelled it and hung up) they were both extremely rude and unprofessional!! The insurance brokers are (TRADEWISE) google them before you Evan purchase a policy they dont Evan have 1 star that speaks for itself. Ive had been stopped by the police and my car had been impounded and Im awaiting court hearing. Do your research before taking a policy!
