        Over a month ago received notification car is a write off filled out all the necessary automated response saying payment processed but still no money in bank. If your insurance goes via Copart to these people ask for a different assessor .For 1 star read zero. As per other reviews I agree they are rude obstructive promise action and emails but nothing actually happens

        Useless company never let you know what's going on and don't bother looking at your files. The company shouldn't exist in my opinion. I'm insured through a broker sadly but had the delight of dealing with these when I got hit. They did pay for the damages eventually though only took about 14months. Never got told who's fault it was though. Also they tried saying it was 100% my fault without opening the file looking at pictures etc. A stressful situation made into a very stressful situation because of them.
