What an amazing experience it was staying at Essex Stays from the first enquiry till post checkout! I booked this for a hen party staycation for 18 guests and it exceeded all expectations! Venue: stunning, clean, full of all the amenities and all the extras and attention to detail is wonderful. The karaoke room and cocktail bar were a hit with our group, it felt like you had gone out without going far! Customer Service: Emma was outstanding! More than accommodating and helpful - offering advice and sorting all to extras we had booked which were also amazing! The cocktail host and bbq host were fab. Would I recommend? - HELL YES!!! In fact Im thinking when could I return and have an excuse to book this place again for a celebration. There needs to be more places like this! The owners have done an amazing job on this place.

We spent a fabulous girly weekend at this venue. The facilities are excellent, the layout lends itself perfectly to group gatherings, the beds were comfy and the attention to detail with the decor and finishings is brilliant. Little touches like quality toiletries, robes and slippers, a stocked breakfast bar and a variety of classic and fun glassware (Im very particular about the kind of glasses I like to drink my various drinks from and there was quite the selection!!) really make the venue feel top quality but also full of the owners personalities. With the cosy beds, robes and slippers, the hot tub and chef, we felt like we were on a relaxing little spa weekend until of course we found the cocktail bar, the karaoke room, the glam room and the HUGE party bath and then the party really got started. A great weekend!
