        Shocking customer service online. Ordered an item over a month ago and have had my calls and emails completely ignored. Do not buy things online from this shop, nothing but a well put together scam.

        Its a scam. At least the online service is. I wish I read the reviews before giving them money! Its been well over a month and I've literally heard nothing other than an order confirmation. They haven't responded to any emails or phone calls. I encourage anyone who has fallen for it like me to report them to the trading standards. It takes less that 10 minutes. I found the online form on the citizens advice bureau's website and it was incredibly easy to fill out. But yeah, its a scam so I don't reccomend obvs.

        Made online order. Item was never shipped. All contact was ignored. Had to make a charge back with credit card company. Avoid, this place will try to take your money and run.
