Burgers, Wings & Ribs - Chelmsford, Essex

I don't usually write reviews for companies but this was exceptionally bad service. I placed an order at around 18:21. It wasn't a particularly larger order, just a single burger and some chicken wings. The estimated time for delivery at the latest was 19:35, I tried to call them 3 times at 20:00 but there was no answer. I finally got through to them on the 4th call at 20:10. The woman I spoke to on the phone said the food should be leaving the kitchen in 4 minutes, and it is about a 5 minute drive from the restaurant to my house. 20 minutes later the food still had not arrived. I contacted just eat who cancelled the order, and then 20 minutes after than the food arrived. It took over 2 hours from ordering to the order arriving. The food was stone cold when it arrived. It was some of the most bland food that I have ever eaten in my life. I have no idea how they have supposedly got the title of best restaurant in the south east. I will never be ordering from here again and I do not recommend that anyone else do.

Terrible ordered on just eat been over an hour and 40 minutes for food. Nothings turned up. Can't even get through on the phone or talk to anybody. They have an option to make orders by phone when you use that option to phone for an order they simply say this option isn't available.....why even have option 2 to order by phone!!!!!!

Took over 2 hours for the food to arrive and 5 calls, 3 of which weren't answered.

Delivery due 1515-1530 not arrived by 1630 and not able to contact the restaurant or anyone to cancel such terrible service.
