This salon is absolutely worth the visit if you are wanting a new hairdresser! The service was speedy and efficient but they take great care in finding exactly what you want and ensuring you have a comfortable and worthwhile appointment My stylist Chloe was lovely to talk to and definitely knows her stuff when it comes to the salon Services: Blowdry, Hair coloring, Hairstyling, Blowouts

Stylist was lovely and I genuinely liked her. However after explaining how I wanted my highlights & lowlights done on two occasions one the week before with photos of me how I like my hair and again on the day of my so explaining how I like and dont like my hair. I sadly I ended up with my hair as I said I didnt want. Thick blocky highlights that didnt look natural plus they should have been golden highlight but were ash grey they made me look at least 5/ 10 years older and grey all over. ( I only have a very small amount of grey which I had asked her to darken these areas but they were made lighter and a larger area.) I told her I hated my hair and wanted it changed. She offered an all over colour this made me really worried or to add more low lights to ash areas. I agreed to the latter, She only did the sides on top not all over I asked her to do the front and back as didnt want odd hair. This was done but only top layers. I also asked for the minimum cut off my length 1/2cm she cut 2 cms. I felt physically sick and stressed about everything. She did say she was happy to redo as I wanted but there was no more conversation or offer of drink while I had to wait a second time to have this done. There was a massive atmosphere between us and within the salon. I was then told by her someone else would finish she never came near me again. The young girl who removed the second lowlights just pulled them out it was really painful I had to ask her to please take out and not pull No conversation at all or a response to my polite request. She then went on to spray water all in my face and down my chest and clothes. I had to ask for towel to dry myself which she pulled back off of me. I was made to feel like I was the bad one for getting my hair done wrong. The owner then dried my hair I had a conversation with him how I liked my hair dried and straightened he said he would do but ended up just drying, He could see how upset I was I told him I wish I had never come there as felt I was being bullied for saying My hair was done wrong. He tried to excuse the two staff who had been so cold to me as saying they were still training I had never been told this I thought I was paying for a fully qualified staff at 100 this also included a discount for being a new client !!! He was friendly and tried to get my confidence back. I did tell him it was the worst experience I had ever had at a hairdressers I normally go every 6 weeks. I was only looking for a new stylist as my hairdresser is on maternity leave. I didnt get a discount for all the stress, upset extra time out of my day. plus my hair was cut to the wrong length I still had to pay the full price and was asked if I wanted to make an appointment for next time !! I would never go back I have never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable having my hair done. Im sure hairdressers dont always get it right so please be more understanding to the client when mistakes happen I feel I was very understanding of the stylist and I feel my feelings were never considered. Even in this review im not naming the stylist as shes still learning, shes a lovely young lady and has a good future ahead my advice maybe listen a bit more about the clients wants and dislikes but please dont let this put you off. I had more of an issue with the young person who washed my hair the second time 100% unfriendly and in my eyes a bully. Also the owner should have stepped in and supported the stylist when I said I hated my hair it wasnt how I had wanted it. He was right next to us at this time!!!!!! He claimed he didnt know yet he finished my hair !!!! Services: Hair highlighting, Blowdry, Hairstyling
