I've been going to Rush Chelmsford for 3 years now. Louise has been my stylist for most of that time. She is fabulous and absolutely passionate about her work. So much so that even though I no longer live in Chelmsford, I travel from my new home for regular appointments. She takes time to understand what you are asking for, then takes time to make sure you understand the process and likely results. All that and she's great to talk to. Or, she'll let you just chill if that's what you prefer. From observation of other stylists at Rush Chelmsford, they also take time with their clients and work hard to ensure you leave happy. Did not have a great experience here, had my hair cut and blowdried 2 weeks ago and I have never had more split ends than I do now! I came out of the hair salon with more split ends than when I went in! she was very tough on my hair and her cutting style felt like she was ripping my hair. she was also incapable of getting a middle parting I even tried to help and she still couldn't seem to do it which I just didn't understand. I asked for a certain style and showed pictures and the cut was just no way near it she gave on glance at the pictures and didn't look again. she also said my hair was so healthy (not anymore!!) and needed only an inch off the end and she cut so much more off! I wanted it curled and styled as I was going to away the next day but I couldn't spend any longer in that salon so I just left, my hair felt horrible and didn't look how I wanted it to at all, I left the salon very upset and cried when I got home!
