        Went in for a wet trim and leveling off as I was growing it, I was very specific with what I wanted........ came out with a chunk of hair missing. Once I had the time to dry and straighten it there was a chunk missing and it had been layered and thinned out. I new she was doing more than I asked but was too busy firing questions at me. I cut hair so no exactly what's happened. Sad bit about it is she then lied to my face denying it and the owner did nothing to help the situation either, making me wait days for a refund. Had to have it up till it grew out! They were more focused on chatting than giving a good cut in this occasion.
