        I went for my first appointment with Shaune at Frost yesterday, having been unhappy with my hair for quite a while now and feeling super nervous about it. I'm so glad I didn't bottle it! The team at Frost are lovely, really welcoming and friendly and just what you want when going to a new salon. Shaune was really lovely and was happy to talk through everything with me, which helped calm my nerves, and I came out with a fabulous cut and colour and am absolutely over the moon with it! Changing hairdressers was a seriously big deal for me, and not something I did lightly, but I'm so pleased with the end results and cannot recommend Shaune highly enough. Thank you so so much, you've made me a very happy lady :-) Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
