        I had an unpleasant encounter with a female barber at this saloon where I was hoping to get a new haircut for Christmas. I had shown her a video of the style I wanted, but she appeared disinterested and began cutting my hair without any regard for the video. Throughout the process, her demeanor was unprofessional and she cut my hair according to her own preferences. When I tried to voice my dissatisfaction, she abruptly stopped and walked away to attend to another customer. However, there were 2 gentleman who just finished my hair cut. I appreciate them. Overall, one of my wrostest experiences in a saloon.
